How To Market To The Owner Of A Domain

Here's a great marketing idea for you from one of the other Founders. I love this one....! I'm definitely going to do this myself!

This is not everything but one of the things you can do...

Here's the process in short.. ( Seems difficult IT IS NOT ! )

Find a webpage who has a lot of users... then find the owner...
The owner probably doesn't give his/her email addy on the page so we need to find it.

Example.. we are going to look for the owner of http://www.teddybear.com

Go to http://www.register.com and fill in teddybear to find the owner of this domain.

You will see its already taken..

Now..

Right below the message "Teddybear is taken" you see 2 links..

One says whois lookup the other says make an offer

Go for WHOIS...

Click that !

Fill in the code they show you..

Now.. the owner of teddybear.com is Karen Kenworthy
You also see her address and even her phone number !

How difficult was this ? NOT !

I already sent her an email so dont bother...
But... you can find LOTS of group owners this way !
This is a lot of work for 1 email address ! But I rather sign up 1 each month that will get me 10,000 people than getting 100 people per week !

I don't need to sign up 100 people who don't do anything.. I go for those than can make the difference..

Try it out.. let me know how you like it...

Also, there seems to be a peak in signups, and commissions on Wednesdays.
So extra advertising on Tuesdays or Tuesday nights might increase your results.
